The research aims to illustrate the importance of decisionmaking within the Ministry of Education and how to develop ways and methods of decision-making by using total quality management within the Ministry of Education in Kuwait, and it was the most important findings is working executive management at the Ministry of Education to provide the necessary information for the purposes of planning and control in space and time and the appropriate form.
