Abstract EN

The matter of succession is one of the modern Usuli subjects which were not mentioned in the books of the early scholars.

The first to investigate the matter was the investigator Al-Karaki (d.940 A.H.) then Al-Sheikh Jaafer Kashif Al-Ghitaa (d.1228 A.H.), detailed by the renewer Al-Sherazi (d.1312 A.H.) then organized by Al-Fasharki (d.1316A.H.) and edited by the investigator Al-Asfahani (d.1361A.H.) The investigator Al-Akhawand (d.1329A.H.) adopted the opinion of his teacher AlShaeikh Al-Adhem Al-Ansari (d.1281 A.H.) that an issue cannot be corrected by the opposite.

The research includes an introduction and two sections; the first section entitled “The Academic life of Al-Sayed Abdullah Al-Sherazi”, the second one is “the Opinions of the Scholars of Succession”.

The result of Al-Sayed Abdullah Al-Sherazi was able, by his scientific ability, to explain the Succession and discussed the opinions of the scholars Al-Shaeikh Al-Naeeni and Al-Shaeikh Kashif Al-Ghitaa in a precise scientific profound way and he agreed with AlSheikh Al-Ansari Al-Khurasani and Al-Akhawand.
