This manuscript as it is clear by its name , meaning letters and studying its uses , and what quoted from Arab speeches.

It was collected by its author in one small collection where presented by most important of these letters, he mentioned the famous meanings , what he has chosen of similar letters what was considered of the scholars of discussions and disputations , discovered of the differential cases , he mentioned the view points of grammarians of showing the rules of these letters, to facilitate keeping them by heart and facilitate its using and understood by Arabic language students to its requests , which considered significant aspects of the Arabic grammar language , which grammarians focused on by studying , descriptions to show its rules and forms in this Arabic speech.
