Abstract EN

This study that is entitled” The effect of Noon Al Tawkeed on the Arabic verb structure: A study at phonics level, it aims at examining the effect of short and stressed “noon “on the verb structure which is permissible or must be connected to.

And to interepting of this effect in the light of modem phenology, while comparing it with the explanations of linguistic of old.

This study has revealed that simplicity law has a clear effect on explaining the changes in verbs structure, whereas the organization of syllables may change as a result of linking /N/to these verbs.

Or same unfavored or rejected syllables may appear in Arabic which speaker is trying to get rid of them in one way or another.

Toward the shortening of long sounds, N connection may lead to several similar duplicates that result from pronunciation of two similars or more, by omission or separation through lengthening of short sound.
