Abstract EN

This study aims to discover the degree of obtaining the signals of strategic planning into nonprofit organizations at Bekaa sector in Lebanon, and it’s relation with some variables through the following questions: (1) What’s the level of obtaining the signals of strategic planning into nonprofit organizations at Bekaa sector in Lebanon?, (2) Is there a statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) of obtaining the signals of strategic planning into nonprofit organizations at Bekaa sector in Lebanon dependently on the variables (Job, experience & qualification)? .

Based on scientific means and analyzing the results are: (a) The level of obtaining the signals of strategic planning into nonprofit organizations at Bekaa sector in Lebanon is (Average), and (b) There is a statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) of obtaining the signals of strategic planning into nonprofit organizations at Bekaa sector in Lebanon dependently on the variables of this study.

The recommendations are the necessity - into Nonprofit organizations at Bekaa sector in Lebanon – to obtain the mentality of strategic planning, because it necessary to develop these organizations
