Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the impediments that hinder school principals from practicing human relations in Mesela secondary schools, and the impact of the variables of experience and educational qualification on these impediments.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire of (29) items was developed and applied to a sample consisting of (35) male and female school principals, and to analyze the data, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Means, Standard Deviations, and T-test were used.

The results of the study showed that the average degree of secondary school principals estimate of the constraints that hinder them from practicing human relations was moderate.

Moreover, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the average degree of the principals’ estimate of the constraints due to the variables of experience and educational qualification.

Based on the findings of this study, the researcher presented several recommendations.
