Novelty in the question about political science does not depend only on the states and their governments’ politics, but on the whole system of governance in the world.
If the political science is a phenomenon of the power, the political art assume the intelligence of policy man in his society.
This vision is not the same when we can practice it.
The evolution of political ideas is rapidly changing by all nations and countries.
Many questions like Peace, Stability, Environment, Technology, Law, Economy, Strategy, Political Sociology, Economic Policy and International Relations… need answers if we are to approve our resistance and our victory.
In this study we will try to provide suitable answers.

La nouveauté dans la question des sciences politiques ne dépend pas seulement des États ainsi que la politique menée par leurs gouvernements, mais de l’ensemble du système de la gouvernance mondiale.
Dans la science politique, ce n’est pas non plus le phénomène du pouvoir qu’il s’agit, mais aussi l’art du politique qui résume son intelligence face à sa société.
Cette vision n’est pas la même quand l’on pratique.
Cette évolution de l’idée politique s’est rapidement changée chez les nations et les pays.
Beaucoup de questions telles que la paix, la stabilité, l’environnement, la technologie, le droit, l’économie, la stratégie, la sociologie politique, l’économie politique et les relations internationales… ont besoin à d’autres réponses si cela nous intéresse pour approuver à la fois notre résistance et notre victoire.
Cette étude tente y répondre par cette contribution à travers ces interrogations pour l’avenir du monde
