The new institutional approach aim to clarify variations occurring in economic development levels in developing countries, by discussing thegovernance system effect, or what is known as the management public affairs.

From what we cited above, we aim through this work to find out how cans governmental effectiveness, taken as the most important indicators of good governance, effect economic development in Arabic countries, by conducting an empirical study of public affairs indicators to show up the role that this last play in economic development represented by per capita gross domestic product.
