Abstract EN

The present article studies the most important legitimate investment mechanisms of Islamic banks funds such as sleeping partnership, participation, resale with a stated profit, forward buying and contract for manufacture as the appropriate Islamic alternatives for interest-based conventional banks in accordance with the provisions of the law and its fair in financial transactions and the protection of the nation from the effects of social usury and its economic harms, which warns a war from Allah and his messenger on its dealers.

In order to achieve the purpose of investing in Islam which aims at exploring the wealth and resources that God created on this earth, or obtain them and employ them in ways that lead to their increase, development, utilization and conservation, the Islamic jurisprudence formulas provided us with a variety of investments forms and shapes that suit different categories, different circumstances and fields.

This is so to be a help for the one of experience who is able to work and tender, unlike investment usurious formula which is basically based on the interest rate and which has one formula despite its numerous forms, it favours the royal wealthy category and protect it against risks while it exposes winning funding alone risks whatever the outcome of his project.
