The study aimed to identify the reality of women's work and the most important educational administrative Factors that affect women's work management education, and ways to advance the level of performance.

The study questions were identified as follows: 1 - What is the reality of women's work management education at the University of Hail? 2 - What are the factors that affect women's work management education at the University of Hail? 3 - What ways of enhancing the performance of women in the educational administrative University Hail? The researcher prepared a questionnaire consisted of: (45) paragraph, has been confirmed.

The veracity of the instrument and its persistence and study population consisted of (40) female administrative educational.

The study found a number of important results: Twice the rate of managerial positions occupied by women in Saudi Arabia, environmental difficulties as a result of culture and social study concluded submit a number of proposals including: identification requirements for success in administrative work and women's leadership workforce.
