Abstract EN

This paper deals with a themof fundamentalismfor every Muslim, around which there is much controversy and debate since the time of the Sahaaban (companions of the Prophet), mayAllah be pleased with them, to date.

It also shows that the difference in the branches of juris prudence is an inevitable fact whether we consider it as amercy or acurse; i.e.

amatter of being right or wrong.

This paper addressed the definition of juris prudential disagreement and its divisions; differences of diversity and differences of contradiction and the difference there between; jurisprudential fundamental differences: a mercy or acurse; and the Muslim`s attitude towards the Same.
