Abstract EN

Writing down Hadith was one of the most important Hadith sciences.

This study is to prove that the prophet (peace be upon him) allowed those who had writing skills, and wit to write down Hadith.

The writer, in order to be qualified to write down a text of great importance, must have some conditions, least of which, the skill of writing.

To have the wit and caution, in order not to mix texts together.

Therefore, the prophet (peace be upon him) allowed some people to writ down Hadith, and did not allow others.

The prophet (peace be upon him), disallowed some people, allowed others with the emphasis on being accurate and honest in reporting, as he said: "who deliberately lied about me, reserves his place in hell".

The prophet (peace be upon him) knew the high quality of Arab memorizers during the pre-Islam era.

The companion tried his best to gather his mental capacities to comprehend the text and memorize it.

Disallowing writing Hadith was not, according to the study, before allowing it, but alternate, which nullifies the claim of replacement.

It cannot be said that replacement was for professionals, and that non-professional have the first judgment, as this never occurred in the history of replacement.

Originally, the replaced must hit all its persons, also the replacing must hit all its persons.
