Abstract AR

The study aimed to identify the actual level of academic leaders' disciplinary culture in Zarqa Private University from its faculty members point of view.

A sample of 193 individuals were surveyed using a questioner composed of 54 statements.

These statements covered the topics of practicing of philosophy, beliefs, customs, traditions, and expectation.

The results indicated that disciplinary culture is practiced on a large scale as a whole.

It also indicated that there was no difference in practice level due to college type.
