Abstract EN

The world is witnessing since the mid-twentieth century, a new revolution, called the “information revolution”, wich indicate the prominent role played actually by the informations.

This revolution had its impacts on the governments who tried to take advantage of it, and develop national plans for development and investment , in order to keep up with the times and accelerating achievements in all fields.

That was reflected mainly through the transition projects from its traditional to the form of e-government .
