Abstract EN

The study examined inter-generational justice in the theory of justice at John Rawls, as he see that justice is earlier than the good, people are not different about something like their differences on perceptions of good, more united than on justice; as Justice represents the fundamental basis for every rationally organized society that aims at the public benefit.

Then, the study showed the political concept of justice at John Rawls, which aims to create new balances between rights - freedoms and rights – duties.

The principles of the theory of justice at John Rawls sees justice as fairness is a form of liberalism to reconcile the contradictions of modernity and democracy, and between freedom and equality.

The theory of distributive justice at John Rawls targets the less advantaged groups and the most deprived in society to revive the confidence of citizens in the constitutional institutions, resurrecting the solidarity in the souls of individuals who care only of their obsessive selfishness; as justice is the realization of a prudent balance.

Rawls evoked the idea of complex approvals in the theory of justice to reveal how the political concept of justice can be steady and stable.

The study has reviewed the diverse philosophical approaches in John Rawls's theory of justice, that considers the justice as a human right which guarantees the right within a legal valid framework that ensures the realization of the two faces of justice; equity and fairness, through the statement approaches of the Canadian philosopher Charles Taylor, the German philosopher Jurgen Habermas, the French philosopher Paul Ricoeur, and the Italian philosopher Antonio Negri; which are four major readings of Rawls theory that stem from distinct backgrounds.
