One of the most important contemporary problems facing the consumer today is related to the consumer’s electronic transactions via the internet in what has become known as e-contract.

The latter is one of the most important means of e-commerce.

The display of goods and services in often caracterized by over advertising.

This widely affects the consumer's orientation (opinion) and may lead him to make wrong choices detrimental to his interests, and can even interfere in his personal information.

So what is the protection provided by comparative legislation to give more guarantees to electronic consumer.

So that he becomes confident before and after concluding the contract, taking into consideration the consumer’s inability to examine directly proposed product or sevice, how can the consumer’s personal information sent to the e-seller be protected? In this research work, we seek to answer these questions through the study of the consumer’s right to electronic information, retraction, and finally his right to protect his personal information.
