This contribution is an attempt to understand the importance of learning health education in schools.
The role schools may play in the development of society and support of the social system is huge in this context.
This article is about defining the basic principles of health education, and the various methods and means adopted for the dissemination of health education in society and especially in the school environment, as well as the goals schools have to set taking into account the context of our society.

Cette contribution est un essai sur le rôle primordial des établissements scolaires dans l'éducation sanitaire, le développement de la société et avec l'appui du système social.
Cet essai s’appuie sur la définition des principes de base de l'éducation sanitaire, aussi les diverses méthodes et moyens adoptés pour la diffusion de l'éducation sanitaire dans la société et en particulier dans l'environnement scolaire, ainsi que sur les objectifs visés par l'établissement scolaire que doit tenir en compte le contexte de notre société.
