الوقف من الآلیات الإسلامیة التي تعمل في مجال التكافل الاجتماعي، و عامل مهم من عوامل التنمیة فیه باعتباره مصدرا تمویلیا ذاتیا هاما في كیان الأمة، و وجه من الإنفاق في سبیل الله تعود منفعته علي المجتمع.
و هو من بین مصادر التنظیم المالي في الدولة الإسلامیة یستمد أصوله من القرآن و السنة.
و تتضح حقیقته الشرعیة من خلال الإنفاق من ریعه على المشروعات الخیریة و سبل البر.
و یندرج إسهام نظام الوقف في بناء هذا المجال التنموي ضمن الدور الذي تؤدیه "منظومة أعمال التضامن العام " التي تشتمل أیضا على أنظمة الزكاة و الصدقات و الوصایا والكفّ ارات و النذور...
Abstract EN
The Waqf is an Islamic mechanism that operates in the area of social support, more than that, it is an important factor for development and a major source of self-financing and it is one resource of the financial regulation within the muslim nation .Its background is bassed on assets rooted in the Kuran and Sunah .This religious fact is shown in the use of its incomes on charitable projects.
The Wakf fits into the creation of this developmental field through the role of public solidarity activities which include systems of Zakat, alms, testament and, atonement...

Le Wakf le (habous) est l’un des mécanismes islamiques qui progresse dans le domaine de l’entraide sociale et considéré comme un élément de grande importance dans son développement.
Considéré comme une source prépondérante d'auto- financement, le wakf est un systéme isslamique original puissant dont les sources sont apparentes dans le coran et la Sunna .Le Wakf s’intègre dans la création de ce domaine développemental à travers le rôle des activités de solidarité publique qui comprennent les systèmes de Zakat, aumône, testament.
