Abstract EN

The algerian constitution of 1996 (modified and completed) gave to the political parties the right of parliament question,it is an important michanism for parties to practice their control in the parliament .

Inspite of the important role of this michanism in the control of the government activity, it doesn’t be applied in it right way by some algerian political parties,this is mainly due to some barriers caused by parties and others are due to other reasons.

La constitution algérienne de 1996 (modifiée et complétée) a donnée droit aux partis politiques d’utiliser la question parlementaire.

C’est une mécanisme importante pour ces derniers afin d’exercer leur control au parlement.

Malgré l’importance et l’efficacité de ce mécanisme pour contrôler les activités du gouvernement, mais sur le plan d’application, elle connait une sorte de faiblesse de la part de quelques partis politique algérienne ; ceci est dû principalement à quelques obstacles causés par ces partis ou bien par d’autres facteurs.
