القطب أو الاستقطاب في اللّغة، هو الجذب أو التجميع نحو نقطة أو مكان واحد، و فـي الاصـطلاح القـانوني، بالخصوص في مجال التنظيم القضائي الحديث، هو تركيز اختصاصات إقليمية لجهات قضائية متفرقـة علـى عديـد المناطق في يد جهة قضائية واحدة، شريطة أن يتعلق الأمر بتشكيلة من الاختصاصات النوعية المحـددة علـى سـبيل الحصر، و بعبارة أخرى، أضحى يعرف ذلك بالتخصص القضائي، و تزود هذه الجهات بالوسـائل الماديـة و البشـرية و القانونية اللازمة بغية إعطاء للعملية القضائية المستوى المطلوب من المعالجة، لبلوغ حد من النجاعة و تحقيق العدالة .
Abstract EN
Pole or polarization, is in the language or to pull together towards a point or a specific place, like term, to focus on territorial jurisdiction of several courts in one court, provided there is a set of well-defined physical skills and that these courts are endowed with human, legal and logistical necessary, in other words, it is the legal specialization, in order to give legal operation the desired level of treatment to achieve some effectiveness and achieve equity.

Pôle ou polarisation, consiste dans la langue à tirer ou rassembler vers un point ou un endroit précis, comme terme, c’est de concentrer des compétences territoriales des plusieurs tribunaux dans un seul tribunal, à condition qu’il s’agit d’un ensemble de compétences matérielles bien déterminées et que ces tribunaux soient dotés de moyens humains, juridiques et logistiques nécessaires, en d’autre terme, c’est la spécialisation juridique, afin de donner à l’opération judiciaire le niveau voulu du traitement pour atteindre une certaine efficacité et concrétiser l’équité.
