Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the usage degree of internet by Arabic language teachers in teaching in Al Mafraq Governorale in the light of some variables.

The sample consisted of (160) teachers , The researchers developed the instrument of the study which consisted of (61) items.

The results indicated that the usage degree of the internet by the Arabic language teachers was medium , where as the teachers attitude towards the usage was very high .

the results also indicated that there is a significant statistical difference in the teachers usage of the internet attributed to the scientific qualifications in favor of the MA degree holders , and attributed to the place of the work in favor of Mafraq District .

No significant statistical differences were found attributed to gender and experiences .

The results indicated no significant differences among students attitudes attributed to gender , scientific qualification , experience and the place of the work.

The study recommended the internet usage in teaching Arabic language and should be a basic competency for the Arabic language teachers.
