This study determined the skills of the knowledge Economy in the mathematical books for the second secondary grade (the scientific stream), and the second secondary (other streams) in Jordan.

The sample consisted of (506) teachers (males and females) of mathematics in the Educational Directorates of (Amman the first, the Second, the Third and the Private Education) in the first scholastic semester of 2010/2011.

A total of (55) teachers (males and females) were chosen to analyze the content of the books based on the first analysis instrument, and (451) teachers were intentionally chosen to answer the items of the second instrument the questionnaire to determine their perspectives towards the kills of the knowledge Economy included in the two books.

The results of the study showed consistency between the perspectives of teachers and that all skill in the two instruments are included in the two books.

Moreover, it showed that the order of the fields in terms of content analyses was as follows: the exercises and the questions, the examples, the drills, the revision and the self- test for the scientific stream.

Whereas, the order of fields for the other streams, was as follows: the exercises and questions, the drills, the revision and the self- test.

Finally, the study showed that there were significant difference between the medium responses of the sample for the scientific stream and other streams.

This can be attributed to gender interaction and experience.

Based on these results, the researcher the researchers suggested a number of recommendations.
