This research explores the images of American culture in one of the Arab writers -Niqula Haddad- thought and his condition from the West through his early literary work-al-'Alam al-Jadid "The New world"- in the early twentieth century.

Many narrative works which, were before Zaynab novel tried by many Arab writers to present the cultural dialogue between East and West based on the sense of the huge cultural material step by the West and the condition of the Eastern writer from the West.

That condition was between the fascination attitude and the rejection.
