Abstract EN

This study aims at determining the impact of the tax on financial markets, at time when the tax on financial transactions (Tobin tax) has become one of international claims, especially in the European authorities, for curbing the high speculative behaviors , since it's considered as one of the most important state financial resources, under the fact, that there is a schism between supporters and opponents of its application.

Further more, the study aims to figure out to what extent its application is succeded in European union, and the challenges that face its application.
