Abstract EN

In the early of nineties Algeria shifted from a command economy to a market economy and following this change, Algeria opted for the liberalization of foreign trade after having a long time under the state control.

Although the liberalization of the trade that is mentioned in the various laws of the Algerian state, the foreign trade has an unbalanced situation, massive and uncontrolled import while export-out oil-is almost nonexistent.

This prompted us to do this study in which we try to shed a light on the legal and practical aspects of the foreign trade sector in comparison with Morocco and Tunisia.
