Despise its ambiguity ,international human intervention has a great linkage with human rights as an other more complex and common concepts .However , such phenomenon of the globalization of concepts makes them more flexible and even meaningless ,as well as concepts that are used just to serve a particular state interest.

Never theless , for its international specialty,human rights protections requires a possible foreign directintervention in any state using even armed force ,but this situation opposes to the following main principles: -The non-interference In state's internal affairs; - State Sovereignty Furthermore, and for the reason of the improvement of human rights bases towards the internationalization ,it has been noticed a kind of regression in the meaning of both concepts I,e sovereignty and noninterference as well as a huge critics that faced sovereignty meaning itself , thus , it became quasi impossible to determine it without an internationalization of human mandate which has been personalized in the practice of what is called international human intervention.
