Abstract EN

The emotional divorce and its relation in life styles for the married employees in the government's offices .

The research aimed to : 1- Measure the emotional divorce level for the employee's married in government's offices in Al-Qadissiya governorate .

2- The denotation of the static differences in emotional divorce define according to the sex exchange .

3- Measuring the life styles for the married employees .

4- The denotation of the static differences in life styles define according to the sex exchange .

5- Knowing of the connection relationship between the emotional divorce and the life styles ( controller - avoider - cooperator and credential) 6- Knowing on the range of life styles' participation (controller - avoider - cooperator and credential) in total vary for emotional divorce for the employee's married in the government's offices .

For verification of this aims the researcher build and applied emotional divorce measure special copy for husband and another copy for the wife, and build life styles' measure which form from four fields or sub measures (controller measure - avoider measure - cooperator measure and credential measure) which applying on random sample from the research community from (300) from employee's married which equally distributing (150) male and (150) female .

By using the SPPS programs the researcher reached to these results : a.

The employees married sample have low level from the emotional divorce , the static average for the sample members is low from the assumption and in static denotation .

The differences in emotional divorce according to types males and females : there are differences in emotional divorce .

according t female type .

c.

In measuring the life styles : it is clear that the samples members didn’t characterize in taking the control life style as scientific behaviour , the static average lower than the assumption average and in static denotation , whereas they characterized by using the avoiding life style , they characterized by using the cooperator life style , they didn’t distinguish in using the depending style " the style of our life " , the static average for the members is lower from the assumption average and in static denotation.

The differences in life styles according to type "males and females" the static results by using t-test for two independence samples showed that there are differences in life style according to type which is : • Controller ^ for male • Avoider ^ for males • Cooperator ^ for females • Credential ^ there is no differences .

The connective relationship between the emotional divorce and the life styles , the result showed that the connection dealings between the emotional divorce and life style exchanges (controller - avoider - cooperator and credential) , there is a connection relationship which static denotation between every ( the emotional divorce , the avoider styles , cooperator and credential ).

Knowing on the range of using the life style relationship in emotional divorce, the results showed by using the static devices the numerous coefficient .

In these results the researcher picked up some recommendations and suggestions that relation in these results.
