Abstract EN

This paper is aimed to measure the extent of faculty perception of the cultural dimensions of quality and accreditation at Princess Noura University.

The researcher has randomly selected a sample of faculty members determined by the formula of the standard error.

The sample size is based on the population according to the equation used resulted in 112 respondents.

The analytical descriptive method has been adopted and a questionnaire has also been used as a tool for data collection.

Results show that convergence in the level of awareness among the faculty supports the cultural dimensions of quality and accreditation which maintain cognitive and affective dimensions of behavior and community participation.

Findings also indicate that there is a degree of variance in the level of awareness of the organizational dimension.

Moreover, some organizational obstacles stand in the way of getting such cognitive awareness.

These obstacles include the adoption of archaic organizational structures and adherence to administrative and organizational values that make it difficult to comply with the standards of quality.

The study, thus, indicates that the faculty members are fully aware of the cultural dimensions of quality and accreditation, in terms of organizational behavior and community participation regardless of age, academic degree, length of work experience, or number of training courses.
