The study aims to clarify the factors that determine the weight of the European Union on the international scene, in the light of the elements showing the Union's ability to translate the objectives sought to be achieved in various economic, political and social fields.

The study found several conclusions is most important, that the EU has many of the elements that qualify it to create an international balance in many areas, the challenges of institutional, cultural, and lack of political harmony will keep the influence of the European Union within the limits of the size of the special interests of the Member States at the expense of the interests of the Union
