Historical novels go to a poet who had been come before Imria Al-Qayss Bin Hegir Al- Kindy in ruins crying his name is Ibin Hutham for him returned this art and from him Imria Al- Qayss took ruins crying.

But these Novels couldn't stand in front of criticism, they look fabricated, worried and filled with public stories spirit.

This research refuses if this poet mulched for Imria Al-Qayss the way of crying at ruins, and this discover the contradiction in Novels,and it sees that verse which Imria Al-Qayss pointed it is not enough to be an evidence to say about this, also this claiming that show the first five verses from Mualaqah of Imria can not be separated from Mualaqah and attributed to Ibin Hutham.
