Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the mechanisms legislated by the Islamic political system to prevent the ruling authority from tyranny.

The study showed the effectiveness of this system in this regard, as it was pioneer to conceive the concept of legitimacy, by cutting the authority of the personality of whom practicing it, and bond them by a previous law, which is the commands of the Quran and the Sunnah.

With indication that the obedience of the citizens to regulations issued by the authority is restricted by the accordance of these regulations to Islamic Laws.

With the adaptation of public supervision as a legal pledget to counter deviation of authority, by obligating citizens to Non-compliance the illegal conducts made by the authority.

In addition to restrain authority by maintaining public interest and Human Rights.
