Research objectives included First, the construction and the application of professional trainers of clubs belonging to the southern region football scale.

Second, the development of a standard to measure the levels of professional affiliation.

Third: to identify the level of professional trainers of clubs belonging to the southern region football.

The research sample included: coaches southern region clubs in football.

The most important conclusions: building scale professional affiliation behavior in the southern region clubs, coaches football.

The researcher recommended: the adoption of the current measure in the detection of the level of professional trainers belonging to the Iraqi football league.
