Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيس التعرف إلى أثر البطالة على الجريمة في المجتمع الأردني من وجهة نظر الطلبة في جامعة مؤتة.

من خلال تحديد الآثار الأمنية للبطالة على مستوى الأفراد في المجتمع، و على المستوى الأسري، و على المجتمع ككل، و كذلك هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى العوامل المؤدية للبطالة في المجتمع الأردني، و الكشف عن العلاقة بين العوامل المؤدية للبطالة و آثارها الأمنية على المجتمع.

و الكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو أثر البطالة على الجريمة في المجتمع الأردني باختلاف خصائصهم النوعية و الأسرية.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات.

تكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة جامعة مؤتة المنتظمين بالدراسة لمرحلة البكالوريوس و الماجستير و الدكتوراه خلال الفصل الدراسي الصيفي من العام الجامعي 2014 / 2015 م، و البالغ عددهم نحو (18188) طالبا و طالبة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (134) طالب و طالبة، تشكل ما نسبته 7.3 % من إجمالي أعداد الطلبة في الجامعة، استخدمت الدراسة لتحليل البيانات أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي، و اختبار معامل ارتباط بيرسون و تحليل التباين الأحادي، و اختبار "ت" للعينات المستقلة.

توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : أن من أهم آثار البطالة على الأفراد في المجتمع : زيادة معدلات ارتكابهم للجرائم و السلوكيات المنحرفة بشكل عام، أما آثار البطالة على المستوى الأسري تتمثل في : تعرض الأبناء في الأسرة للانحراف الأخلاقي، و تعرض الأزواج في الأسرة للانحرافات الأخلاقية، أما من حيث آثار البطالة على المجتمع بشكل عام توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها : زيادة معدلات الجريمة في المجتمع و خاصة جرائم السرقات الجنائية، و تدني مستوى الأمن المجتمعي و زيادة حالات العنف في المجتمع، و انتشار جرائم الفساد المالي و الإداري في المجتمع، و من الطبيعي أن هذه العوامل تدفع العاطلين عن العمل لارتكاب الجرائم و السلوكيات المنحرفة و العنيفة.

و أوصت الدراسة في ضوء نتائجها بعدد من التوصيات، من أهمها : ضرورة معالجة مشكلة البطالة و اعتبارها قضية أمن قومي ذات أولوية تتطلب تكريس الجهود لتوفير فرص عمل للعاطلين عن العمل، و بأجور مناسبة تكفي لتلبية الحاجات الضرورية لهم حتى لا يتحولوا إلى مجرمين في المجتمع، و العمل على تقليل نسب البطالة إلى أدنى مستوى لها.

English Abstract

The study aimed basically to identify the influence of unemployment on the increased rates of crime in the Jordanian society by determining the security effects on the individuals level in the society , on the family level and on the society as whole.

The study also aimed to identify the factors leading to unemployment and its security effects on society and to identify the statistical differences – if presentbetween the participants' perspectives about the influence of unemployment on crime within the Jordanian society with its various familial and qualitative characteristics.

To achieve the goals of the study, the analytic descriptive approach was followed in addition to utilizing the questionnaire as a tool of the study for the purpose of data collection.

The society of the study consisted of all Mu'tah University students in all study levels ( bachelor, master and PhD degrees ) in the summer term for the academic year 2014/2015 whom accounted for ( 18188 ) male and female students , from this society a sample of ( 1345 ) male and female students were selected ( about 7.3% of the society of the study ) .

For the statistical treatments , the study utilized descriptive statics methods, Parson correlations., ANOVA, ant t test for independent samples.

The study concluded with a group of results among which that among the most important effects of unemployment on individuals of the society was the increased rates of crime commission among them in addition to the deviant behaviors in general.

For the unemployment influences on the family level, children and spouses within the families were exposed to moral deviance, and it was natural for these factors to be reflected in the form of crimes and violent behaviors committed by the unemployed head of the family ( usually the father ).

For the unemployment influences on society in general, it was indicated that there were an increased crime rates in within society, in particular criminal thefts, the low level of societal security , the increased violence, and the spread of financial and administrative crimes within society, and it is natural for these factors to motivate unemployed people to commit crimes and violent deviant behaviors.

In light of the results of the study, a group of recommendations were suggested, among which : the necessity to treat the problem of unemployment and regarding it as a national security issue with a priority and requires extensive efforts to offer jobs for unemployed people with appropriate wages enough to fulfill their basic needs so as not to become criminals in the society , it was recommended also to work on reducing unemployment proportions for the possible lowest levels.
