Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى عوامل الخطورة في العنف الواقع على المنتفعين في مراكز الرعاية والتأهيل من وجهة نظر الموظفين.

و من اجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطوير استبانة وزعت على عينة قصدية تكونت من (56) موظفا و موظفة، حيث كان عدد الذكور (15) موظفا، و عدد الإناث (41) موظفة في مركز رعاية و تأهيل الكرك، و قد أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للعوامل التشريعية بمستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.00) و عوامل البيئة المركزية تعزي لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي بمستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.00)، و أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للعوامل البشرية بمستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.91) تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي، و العوامل المادية بمستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.7)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر الموظفين تعزى لمتغير (المستوى التعليمي، بمستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.9) الدرجة الوظيفية بمستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.60)، التصنيف الوظيفي بمستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.90)، الحالة الاجتماعية بمستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.71)، مستوى الخبرة بمستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.63)، مستوى الدخل بمستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.77) و أخيرا شملت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات أهمها تقوية الوازع الديني عند الموظفين، و عقد دورات تدريبية للموظفين.

English Abstract

This study aimed identify Violence risk factors against Beneficiaries in care and rehabilitation centers by staff members from staff members prespective and inordek to achive this gool the researcher was developed aauestion aries was distributed on mlenlional sample comprise (56) staff , in the care and renabilitioh karak center where the number of the males was (15) staff and (41) for the females .

the results indicated Existence of statistical indlcators differences for the legislative factors in dicator level (0.00) and there is no statistical indicator for central environment factors differences (0.00) for indicator level to the of then attributed for gender variable .

Also the study indicator there no differences lavel statistical indicators for number factors (0.91) statistical indicator level the materalistic factor (0.7) for statistical indicators level each of them were attributed for the gender variable Also the study in dicated no differences with statistical in dicators from the staff members perspective were attrduted to the educational level variable in statistical in dicators level (0.9) and the functional degree (0.60) to the statistical in dicators level the functional classifl cation (0.90) for the statistical in dicators level the social status ( 0.71 ) for the statistical in dicators level The experience level variable (0.63) for the statisti cal indicators level the income level (0.77) for the statistical indicator level Flnally thls study comprised number of recommendations the most importen recommendations strenjthen then the religious restraint to the staff and holding tralning training course to the staff.
