Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التعصب القبلي في وقوع جرائم العنف المجتمعي في المملكة العربية السعودية، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، فقد تم تطوير أداة للدراسة (الاستبانة)، و تم التأكد من صدق الأداة و ثباتها، و تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من العاملين في سلك القضاء و جهاز الأمن و التحقيق و هم (القضاة، و الضباط، و المحققين، و المديرين)، و تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية من مجتمع الدراسة لتشكل عينة الدراسة بحيث بلغ عددها (98).

و قد أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو التعصب القبلي في المملكة العربية السعودية جاء متوسطا، و قد حل بعد التعصب لمكانة القبيلة و منزلتها في المرتبة الأولى و بمستوى مرتفع، تلاه في المرتبة الثانية بعد التعصب لأبناء القبيلة و بمستوى متوسط، في حين جاء بعد التعصب لشيخ القبيلة في المرتبة الأخيرة و بمستوى متوسط أيضا.

كما أظهرت النتائج أن تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة لجرائم العنف المجتمعي جاءت بمستوى منخفض.

و أظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود علاقة ايجابية بين التعصب القبلي و جرائم العنف المجتمعي.

و عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة للتعصب القبلي تعزى للمستوى التعليمي، و للخبرة الوظيفية.

و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمسمى الوظيفي و لصالح المحققین و للدخل الشھري و لصالح الدخل الأكبر.

و بناء على النتائج فقد أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على عقد الورش و المؤتمرات و اللقاءات لحث أفراد المجتمع على ثقافة الحوار و الديمقراطية و نبذ ثقافة التطرف و التعصب بكل أشكاله و أنواعه، و تفعيل دور الأطر السلمية.

و الدعوة لعقد مؤتمر و طني يتناول فيه أبعاد ظاهرة التعصب و رسم الاستراتيجيات الممكنة و التأثير على عوامل وجودها.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of tribal prejudice in the incidence of crimes of communal violence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the achievement of objectives of the study, it has been the development of a tool for the study of (resolution), have been confirmed the veracity of the tool and its persistence, and distributed to the study sample consisted of employees in the judiciary, which and device security and investigation they (the judges, and the officers, investigators, and managers), was chosen as a stratified random sample of the study population to form the study sample so numbered (98).

The results showed that perceptions of the study sample level towards tribal prejudice in Saudi Arabia was moderate, has been resolved after the intolerance of the status of the tribe and its status in the first place, and the level is high, followed in second place after the prejudice of the people of the tribe and the level of the average, while came after the intolerance of tribal sheikh ranked last and also the level of the average.

The results also showed that the perceptions of the study sample for crimes of violence community members came a low level.

The results also showed a positive relationship between the tribal fanaticism and communal violence crimes.

And the lack of statistically significant differences of perceptions of a sample study of tribal intolerance attributed to the level of educational personnel, and functional expertise.

And the presence of a statistically significant due to career and in favor of the prejudice investigators and the monthly income and in favor of the larger income differences.

Based on the results, the study recommended that work to hold workshops, conferences and meetings to urge the members of the society and the culture of democracy and reject the culture of extremism and intolerance in all its forms and types, and activating the role of peaceful dialogue frameworks.

And the convening of a national conference which deals with the phenomenon of intolerance dimensions and draw possible strategies for the eradication and the effect on the presence of factors.
