Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على ترتيب العوامل الخمس الكبرى للشخصية لدى طلبة الثانوية العامة في محافظة الكرك و علاقتها بقلق المستقبل، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة تكونت من (243) طالبا و طالبة منهم (98) طالبة، و (145) طالبا، و تم تطوير مقياسين : مقياس العوامل الخمس الكبرى للشخصية و يتكون من (40) فقرة و خمس عوامل (العصابية، الانبساطية، و الانفتاحية، و الانسجام، و يقظة الضمير)، و مقياس قلق المستقبل و تكون من (30) فقرة و خمسة أبعاد (القلق من الأحداث الحياتية، و التشاؤم و النظرة السلبية للحياة، و التفكير السلبي للمستقبل، و المظاهر النفسية لقلق المستقبل، و المظاهر الجسمية لقلق المستقبل)، و التأكد من الخصائص السيكوماترية لهما من حيث الصدق و الثبات، حيث تم تطبيق الدراسة في الفصل الأول 2014-2015.
و توصلت نتائج الدراسة أن ترتيب العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية هو (العصابية، الانفتاحية، يقظة الضمير، الطيبة، و الانبساطية)، و أن قلق المستقبل يأتي بدرجة متوسطة لدى الطلبة، و أن ترتيب عوامل الشخصية له تأثيرا في قلق المستقبل، بالترتيب جاءت كما يلي : (الانسجام ثم يقظة الضمير ثم العصابية ثم الانفتاحية ثم الانبساطية).
كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود اختلافات بين الطلبة في عامل يقظة الضمير لصالح الإناث، و إلى أن الطلبة يختلفون في الترتيب الولادي في عوامل العصابية و الانبساطية و الانفتاحية و لصالح الترتيب الأول و الأوسط، و في عامل يقظة الضمير لصالح الأصغر، كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود اختلافات في المستوى الاقتصادي في عامل الانسجام و لصالح المستوى الاقتصادي المرتفع على المنخفض.
و من أهم التوصيات التي توصلت لها الدراسة عمل برامج إرشادية للطلبة في المرحلة الثانوية للعمل على تخفيض قلق المستقبل لديهم، و عمل ورش تدريبية للطلبة لمساعدتهم على معرفة العوامل الكبرى في شخصياتهم.
English Abstract
This study aimed to determine the order of the five major factors of the personality regarding the high school students in Karak and its relation with the future concern.
In order to achieve the aims of this study the author has analyzed a selected sample of 243 students, consists of 98 female and 145 male.
Two measures have been developed: the scale of the big five factors of personality consists of (40) paragraphs in addition to (5) factors (the neuroticism, the extraversion, the openness, the harmony and the vigilance of conscience); the scale of the future concern consists of (30) paragraph and (5) factors (the anxiety of life events, the pessimism and negative outlook of life, the negative thinking for the future, the psychological manifestations of the future concern and the physical manifestations of the future concern).
In addition to ensure the Psychometric Characteristics of the two measures in terms of the validity and the reliability, whereas the study was applied in the first semester of the academic year 2014/2015.
The results showes that the order of the five major factors of the personality is (the neuroticism, the openness, the awakening conscience, the harmony and the diastolic).
Moreover, the future concern becomes moderately among the mentioned students and the order of the five major factors of the personality with regards to the future concerns is (the Harmony then the vigilant conscience then the neuroticism then the openness then the extraversion).
The study has found also that there are differences between the students regarding the factor of the vigilant conscience in favor of the females sector.
Furthermore, a variation between the students, with regards to the congenital order, has been found namely in the factors of the neuroticism, the extraversion and the openness in favor of the first and the middle order.
However, with regards to the vigilant conscience factor the variation is in favor of the minimal.
The study has found as well that there is a variation in the economic level of the harmony factor in favor of the high economic level among the low level.
The most important recommendations of the study, action out reach programs for students to work on reducing the anxiety they have.
