The theme of citizenship of the most important topics that are currently put on the scene؛ the selections include a statement of the relationship between the citizen and the state through the duties and rights.

This research aims to release the concept of citizenship, rights, and duties from the point of view of Islamic law, the quest deals with the concept of citizenship, and to cite the most prominent rights and duties associated with it, through the study and analysis of its implications in terms of religious texts from the Quran and Sunnah.
