It was not possible to raise the issue of foreign direct investment in Algeria, without moving the nation's economy to the market economy.

This last push to carry out reforms in preparation to attract the overseas investments.

In order to assess the impacts of the entry of foreign investment any economic sector, this study is taken from the mobile phone sector applied condition.

The results of the study showed that foreign direct investment of dealers (Djezzy OTA) and (Nedjma,WTA) has enabled the mobile market in Algeria of high-growth by grabbing the largest market share, at the expense of the national operator (Mobilis).

As a result of the quality and diversity of services provided has been able to take total control on the mobile phone sector, this in spite of the difference that exists between the dealers in the market shares, which in turn reflected on their contribution to the gross domestic product.
