Abstract EN

This study aimed at finding out the Relationship between corporate governance practices in Algerian economic and public companies in skikda, and its competitiveness, to reach this objective the researcher has done an imperial board of director member, :study of a sample including the following classes executive manger, head of accounting and finance unit and internal auditor of six economic and public companies in skikda, in the field of different sectors, by elaborating a questionnaire including questions cover the study axis, it has been distributed on sample classes.

The study reached the following results: there is no impact of duties and responsibilities dimensions of board of directors, disclosure and transparency, audit and internal control, risk management on the competitiveness of enterprises under study, while there is a medium correlation with statistically .significant between stakeholders and competitiveness of enterprises under study
