Abstract EN

This study aims to know if the Algerian man accepts the empowerment of women in making decisions, from the simplest to the highest levels such as head of a workshop or director or a judge or even a minister or president.

What are the different representations he (the male) sees and how the male logic influences in a society outwardly modern and inwardly traditional.

And how that affects the development path in which women play a great role? To make sure of this fact that, this perception study conducted on a sample of 126 male, working as subordinates under the responsibility of women from high-grade frame.

We used data collection tool observation and questionnaire, we also relied on statistical analysis to achieve this goal attainment.

After analysis extracted the following results founded: - Women Leaders continue to face harassment, supported by hierarchical relationships, Reflects the continuing perception of inferiority towards her, especially by the man.

-Restriction of women's leadership and questioning their decisions and capabilities, by beliefs that are still scattered suggest a negative accept of the empowerment of the Algerian women from decision-making positions.

-Narrowing the space of freedom and confidence of women's abilities Limit their creativity and weaken their contributions to development.
