Abstract EN

This paper investigates the importunce of domestic resouices mobilization as a strategy to finance development in Africa, and the required polices to realize that, mainl> after the decrease of l'inancial resources inflowed to African countries in the post cold war cit., and the coilapse of the USSR in the beginning of 1990s, anci also duc to the financial crisis in 2008.

The paper showed that Africa was endowed with a huge human and natural resources, which can be used to finance development, if it is rationally exploited.
