Abstract EN

This study aimed at evaluating the university performance in light of the total quality management from the views of the administrative staff at Al al-Bayt University; and the impact of sex, educational qualification, years of experience and job title on evaluating the performance at the university.

The study sample consisted of 122 individuals.

The study achieved the following results: The level of university performance evaluation was intermediate.

The findings of the study showed no statistically significant differences in the level of university performance evaluation in the light of total quality management, from the views of the administrative staff in Al al-Bayt University attributable to the variable of sex, educational qualification, years of experience, and the job title.

The researcher recommended that training courses on Total Quality Management which include all employees of the university to spread the culture of total quality management.
