Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the role of higher education in the development of educational efficiency of the Arabic language teachers at the secondary stage in the Directorate of Education at Jerash governorate from their point of view.

, Study sample consisted of all the Arabic language public secondary of the Directorate of Education of the governorate of Jerash for the academic year 2015/2016 and the number of teachers was (180).

(110) of them were male were as (70) were female.

The questionnaire was used as a tool for gathering information, the reliability and validity of questionnaire were checked.

The results of the study showed that the arithmetic mean of the paragraphs of the university's cooperation with teachers was high, ranged between (2.78-4.82), and the arithmetic average of the instrument as a whole (4.22), as well as there were statistically significant = 0.05) due to the impact of gender variable and in favor of?differences ( male and Qualification for the bachelor's degree.
