This study aimed to identify the degree of observance of courses taught in Jordanian universities for students of specialty kindergarten for children's rights and to achieve the goal of the study, the researchers set up a questionnaire consisted of 39 items distributed among three areas (health, social, educational), were verified validity and reliability appropriate statistical means, the questionnaire distributed to the study sample totaling 115 female students who were chosen randomly from the study population and of the total of its members (432) students were used descriptive analytical method has the results of the study showed that the degree of observance of courses taught in Jordanian universities for students of specialization kindergartens for children's rights came medium, has the social field came in the first place and highly, and in the light of the results of the study the researchers have recommended that universities include the rights of children in kindergarten specialization courses thanking deeper
