This research deals with the study of population and housing characteristics in Sayeda Zeinab district, according to the economic, Social demographic and residential properties within the study area, in addition to identifying explanatory factors for this discrepancy between hechat district, but in order to achieve these goals hired a researcher to some statistical methods, including style factor analysis.
