Abstract EN

This paper deals with the study presentation and analysis of the views of eaeh of the Naval litter Thtaua-1801: 1873 ص- and Abdelkader — 1808 :883ول min diligence and tradition where is؛diligent in the search legitimate issues and the realization of the mind to try to get to the provisions of legitimacy with emerging issues, things that renewal of this nation is religious and worldly and check her excellence and sophistication and has stated in the Qur'an many Quranic verses that urged to consider and reflect on the verses ofthe Quran and the implications ofthe legtimacy of the provisions : قال تعالى" أفلا يثذبزون الئزآن " ؛ قال تعالى ( فاعتبروا يا أولى الأبصار ) .
