Abstract EN

Egyptian society has witnessed a series of political, economic and social transformations , these transformations and changes reflected on the civil society movement in the last decades of the twentieth century , and even extended to the civil society and civic culture structure at the beginning of the third millennium .

Which made the issues of civil society acquires a great interest on the part of the political and academic communities alike, as an important factor associated with the process of democratic transformation .

As well as the emergence of new issues has become a big problem stand in the way of payment the role of civil society , and represents a cornerstone in its introduction , but is one of the fundamental dilemmas in blocking role , the issues that concerned the system of legal and legislative organization for civil work in Egypt .

Which would require amending the legal framework of civil society , and especially as it came at the front associated with the process of democratization of society issues , and activating the means to participate in aspects of community life .

From this point the study of the future of civil society in Egy pt came under the legal and regulatory system , an attempt to cover an important aspect of the history of civil society , flying from the perception was that the size of the political, legal and social, that have taken place in society over the occurrence of more than a century of changes , still List and represent an obstacle to the growth and development of civil society .

Therefore, the main objective of the study to identify the impact of legal and legislative system on the future of civil society in Egypt.

In terras of scientific terminology of the study are , first, concepts of civil societj' and secondly, the legal and legislative system.
