The study aimed at discovering the reality of the teaching parctices planning – executing – assessing ) , that concern teachers at primary school level on the light of teaching by competencies approche .

Referring to the opinions qnd positions of inspectors of education ,a questionnaire was produced to gather the tools of the study that were given to the elements that constitute the sample of the study , which is composed of the inspectors of education and teachers of the primary level (67 inspectors) in the Administrative departements of Ouargla , ,Biskra, Eloued.The results have given conclusions sentered around the weakness of the parctical percentage among teachers at primary school
