The presence of business organizations in a competitive environment, necessitated the search for new mechanisms of action, these mechanisms imposed what is known as the need Alajaba change to serve the organization and help them to keep pace with developments in environmental developments that are active, this change which requires reliance on what is known as change management, but you may encounter the organization when applied to the management of change individuals refrain from change or lack of compliance with the appropriate class and is what is known to resist change and that arise in most cases from the values and behaviors and common individuals trends within the organization and the so-called organizational culture which are considered the last one of the key components within the organization to guide the values and behaviors of individuals to serve the objectives of the organization, they are a tool to gain competitive advantage and excellence for the rest of the organizations
