Universities Management in the Light of the Total Quality Criteria This study aims at understanding Arab Universities management according to the Total Quality Criteria (TQC) that contribute in realizing high quality output of university study.

To realize the objective of the study, the researcher depends on analytical descriptive approach to collect and interpret Information required to be utilized in practical studies of total quality criteria (TQC) in managing Arab universities.

The study concluded to group of results; The most important ones are: - TQM is considered a method of coordinating the managerial and academic works at the level of the university as a whole, and possibility of making a comprehensive change that contributes in developing the quality of the performance of the university education.

- Application of (TQC) contributes in realizing the satisfaction of all workers in the university, and realizing the work market needs.

The study put forward some suggestions; the most important ones are: - University curriculum should be reviewed to escort development in work environment.

- The sprit of collective work should be cultivated through group work and its priority in sustaining high performance should be clarified.

- The method of (TQM) in university management has to be implemented to realize an effective performance of the universities.
